I was born on January 18, 1949 in Griswold, Connecticut and was educated in the Griswold Public School System. I graduated from Bowdoin College in 1971, the University of Connecticut Law School in 1974 and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar the same year. I have been a member of the Griswold Board of Education, the Griswold School Building Committee and presently am a member and Vice Chairman of the Griswold Community Development Corporation. I am a member of the New London County Bar Association, member of the Real Estate Section and Elder Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
I am an approved agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Connecticut Attorney's Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Guaranty Company and TICOR Title Insurance Company. I also have experience with CHFA, VA, FHA and Down Payment Assistance Loans, along with conventional loans. I frequently conduct closings for Eastern Federal Bank, Dimes Savings Bank, Jewett City Savings Bank, People's Bank, First Version Pioneer Farm Credit, Putnam Savings Bank, among numerous others. |
